Hansar Bangkok - SHA Extra Plus

I loved the customer service that I received from the hotel; thank you JAY for making it a wonderful experience. Initially, it felt rather unpleasant due to the uncomfortable bed and a minor communication issue. The team helped provide me with a swift solution, replacing my bed and room for comfort. I must say I didn't expect this. They even helped with providing a laundry service for my clothes, we managed to get it done, but the team was accommodating. Thank you for making our anniversary great at your hotel. Although I am a Marriot Bonvoy member, I would return to Hansar for Bangkok. It is next to the metro and also a 7 11 shop. P.S. I had the best message at the Spa and have tried other hotels; if you stay at Hansar, you need to try their Spa.

I accidentally booked two same rooms which were non refundable and only found out when I was checking in. The staff were very helpful in assisting me and communicating with booking.com about the mistake. Even though it was solely my mistake, the hotel swiftly refunded me fully and were very nice and helpful about the whole situation. The hospitality I received were one of the best I've ever experienced. Great location, pool was amazing, rooms were especially big plus the food for their in room dining was fantastic as well. My expectations for a 5 star hotel was quite high and this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay here again when I visit bangkok

For this visit Hangar welcomed us with a beautiful plate of dark and white chocolate arranged around a hand written message in white chocolate that said "Welcome back to Hansar". As expected, the chocolate was outstanding. The suite is the best we've seen in here, from room sizes and wood and silk paneling, to lighting, the fantastic bath for two and a reading nook I could spend my retirement in... There is nothing one could object here and so much to be grateful for.
