The hotel is lovely with restaurants on site and a great pool in the bar area. Amazing Spa snd massage facilities on site too. Our initial room on arrival was not as expected for a 5 star hotel. The Manager did agree and upgrade our room. We were also given complimentary massages. Our new room was much more as expected. The staff were extremely helpful. Location was good

It’s comfortable, the staffs are friendly and helpful when I first arrived at the hotel. Breakfast is situated at a breathtaking 17th floor and the quality served is impeccable. The rooms are tidied very well and the staffs have accommodated to my requests even before my stay right down to extending my check out timing as I was running late. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable in bkk at Hansar! I’ll definitely recommend and return!

The room was very well designed and everything was really cozy. The overall functionality of the room was just perfect. Lighting in the right places. Very comfortable furniture. Very clean. The bathroom was fantastic. The whole room just exuded luxury. We felt like we could relax from the moment we walked into the room. The hotel had one of the best equipped fitness centers I've ever come across. Breakfast was amazing. Not one of those full buffet breakfasts where they mass produce the food. You had to order individual dishes, but could order an unlimited amount if you like. This meant they paid more attention to each serving. A wide range of food selection was available. The whole experience at this hotel exceeded what we've experienced from some 5-Star international Brands.

Top service from staff in all departments. An example is at breakfast , guests are individually served with a pot of coffee or tea . Most other 5 star hotels , you have to get your own coffee at a machine or the staff will serve you a cup of coffee / tea. Staff at breakfast were very attentive. so , also at reception and housekeeping. We also found the staff at the 8th level Wellness well mannered and proficient . Good quality masseurs . A little more costly than having a massage elsewhere , but well worth the money spent.
